At the end of a lease a Schedule of Dilapidation is drawn up giving details of any repairs and maintenance items which remain outstanding and any unauthorised work which needs to be reverted. I will examine the lease and other paperwork and record any tenant’s obligations which have not been fulfilled. Approximate costings can also be provided. The Schedule forms a basis for negotiating a successful settlement.
